Maintenance Description: We are upgrading to a new server that resides in a data center in Salt Lake City (the current server resides in Los Angeles). Our current server has dual 2.8 GHz Intel Xeon processors w/ hyperthreading and 3 GB of RAM. The new server will have dual 3.06 GHz Intel Xeon processors w/ hyperthreading and 4 GB of RAM. The new server also has the latest versions of Redhat Enterprise Linux and CPanel (we’re a couple versions behind for both of these on the current server).

Service Impact: All sites hosted with FellowSites will be unreachable during this change.

Duration: 10-12 hours. Everything should be back up by 12:00 UTC (5:00am PDT / 8:00am EDT) on September 22, 2007.
